Lundbeck Vacation Benefit

Could someone place shed some light on the paid time off for US employees? I'm considering a position and "The Google" doesn't seem to have an answer other than its 25 days in Great Brittain.

When you consider float, personal and vacation it is 5 weeks to start. Sick days are included in that time.

3 week vacation accrued during first year. 6 suck/personal days. 4 floaters. Off week between Christmas and New Years

 

Don't forget that you can cry your way out of attending sales meetings if you don't want to leave the kids. Lol

 

That perk is only for lazy fat ass mom reps though
