Wilmington's future definitely hinges on who replaces Hudson. Good or bad, the one thing you knew Hudson was keeping around was the Wilmington US HQ. The next US lead could easily change that. JPM is actively trying to buy 2 more buildings and AZ would have no trouble at all offloading the older buildings on that campus.

Pascal is desperate to close Wilmington. Hudson was the only thing going for Wilm. But I think he saw the writing on the wall too and started looking. He knows what is coming and got out now. Hiring freeze for Wilm is not too far off.
