Now THATS real talk right there.

 

Excuse me. Have you been to s training class? I agree that FBTs should be training while they are there but the training managers are always MIA. They are too busy in meetings and calls. Get your heads out of your asses rick and Sabrina and spend some valuable time in these training classes to see what your training so called managers do. This is the most unorganized training team and department I have ever seen. Go to a few seminars and update your training curriculum why don't you and get out of the stone ages of training. We are dying to see some excitement and passion here with you. Training comes first your stupid meetings and brown nosing your colleagues all day come second. Jesus why can't they find someone good to oversee training. I've been waiting years to see it here. It's lousy

 

I agree. No one wants to move into a sales training role with Sabina and Rick running the show. Very dysfunctional

 

Wow. You must be really disappointed to have been rejected for a sales training or FBT role. These are a little unwarranted comments. I think our sales training team is wonderful.

 

Bull shit. Reps used to jump at the chance to get into sales training and it's been run into the ground in the last two years. No one wants the brovana training manager because no one wants to work for these morons. Period. Haven't they been trying to fill it for over a year?

 

Good luck to the poor bastard who took this job. I've had a glimpse of sales training here and it's so chaotic and highly micromanaged. They don't embrace forward thinking and don't care about any of our ideas in the field. It's all about what Sabina and Rick did in their former companies and they don't give a shit about anything outside their guideline! Scary that our training is in their hands

 

Rick is one of the most stand up guys I have ever met. It's not his fault that he works for a manager whose sole focus is image and appearance of her managerial expertise and the image of the damn training department . We know we know Sabine you oversee an army. We get it. Now get off your high horse and actually be human. all I know is everyone in that department can't wait to be a manger so they can get the hello out of that bullshit grind they call sales training. They are miserable. Just ask Matt and Brent who couldn't wait to get the hell out

I believe he is just speaking the truth. It's not like that woman has a good reputation. We've all been warned to stay away from training because Sabine is a crazy micromanager and doesn't let anyone flourish in that department. People talk after leaving that department and they don't recommend it. Truth hurts.

 

If you don't like her don't join training. It's as simple as that.

Okay so I feel like I should finally Chime in here. Sabine was a part of my MAP interview process. She was not only unprofessional, rude and completely off base but she was so fake! I am happy in my Texas role w my new company or I would die underneath her? Sabine has never been a leader and what I hear proved it

I agree. This post is so unnecessary. If you ask anyone on that sales training team they would agree that Sabine is a class act and knows her shit. That training team is tight. Nothing on this post is accurate. Shut it down idiots. No one wants to hear it.

 

If people are willing to dedicate 2 to 3 years of their career and totally micromanagement in training it is their choice. I will tell you it's better here in the field and you can still get promoted without going inside. Our training department has not had a good reputation in a long time. I don't really know Sabine but her image is not a warm and genuine one. The sales trainers have been great but not really in tune with what the reps need.

 

Tru dat. Product training here is mediocre at best. Do they ever go to updated training conferences? Sabina and Rick just recycle all their 2001 training workshops. Update people

 

You could not pay me enough to work in our sales training department. Sabina has driven out every female that has been there-Ann, Tanya, Mary Ruth and I heard she is the reason Tyra is leaving. She surrounds herself by men so she can flirt and charm them into doing whatever she wants. Complete micromanagement in that department. Pathetic.
