Glad we got the news internally before the press did.....NOT!?! http://seekingalpha.com/news/3183938-novartis-restructures-pharma-business-former-chief-bids-adieu
Again Novartis makes another mistake and full of hypocrisy. Joe's the one who's gotta go. David and his buisness were the only assets on NVS that were successful. It was Joe who went after Alcon and Joe's obsession with procurement practices that lowered quality (look at all the activities that went to India which in the long run lowered quality and cost more, and all the problems with manufacturing quality products). Jorg, when are you going to take him out of the way and unleash the full potential of our company???
Please continue the restructuring. Get rid of every so called leader in the MSBU and reduce every territory to a single rep territory. I will gladly step away for a severance.
27 years and built Oncology from scratch It's what have you done for me lately... Good luck David. Upward and onward.

Starting with the micromanager they hired for my area. She is scary. She is a major reason I decided to make a move. Never thought I would. But here goes
Losing DE is a complete and enormous loss....Anyone who doesn't see that deserves the management that is remaining.
Either math is not your forte or a visit is overdue to the optometrist, because the S&P is up less than < 3% since May 17.
this IS Novartis for you... Constant restructuring...keep it changing, so that the investors can't figure out what's going on! FRA can't keep up with the reporting of disc ops, divestments and transfers. Reports aren't comparable any more and most can't figure it out. The employees are as confused and worried as they have ever been. Every single decision is made in the C suite by a few people. For those familiar with the history and the Roman Empire, the company is analogous to that...I give JJ A+ for this state of affairs...he started with project forward and never looked back
...and increased the value of his personal assets by > $100-200 million I'm sure he feels that he deserves every single penny of it!
