I love it here and can't wait for 6 of us going in on a call together. The doctors will love it, 6 hot blondes per doc.

 

I am going to ban access to all BMS reps. You guys have a army of reps that bring no value to the table.

Get a grip everybody. We will have to manage our time & gain commitment to work with each other's calendars to be effective and keep customers at the center. We can't let accounts see us sweat. It is more then 12 per territory - office & hospital is more like 20. We are going to have to figure it out!

 

Really sounds awful, quite frankly. The access to oncologists is notoriously bad and getting worse. And now you have to manage a bunch of people who no one wants too see yet management wants no excuses. Glad I got the f--k out of that shit show! I run my own territory !

 

Which one are you?

This just too much. I really can't take this company anymore! We have sooooo many
reps. Some offices only allow 1 appointment per quarter and even then maximum 2 reps allowed! No ability to create relationships that have any meaning. I have finally reached my limit and I'm moving on!

Exactly. With 6 reps tripping over one another nobody would be missed as far as the offices are concerned.

 

We are a joke in the oncology industry. Other companies are viewing our structure as inefficient and just plain STUPID. "Sleeves" says it all about the thought process behind it. I just love being a f..in sleeve. There is no logical justfication to have so many people in so few accounts with carve out of hospitals. For years, I was so energized by SENSIBLE structure. Now I am so demotivated. Hey big wigs why not consider the concept of DIMINISHED RETURN. 6 people ARE NOT getting more access. Hate it here and can't wait to get out. BMSO WILL lose good people.

 

Too many reps + more inexperienced reps = even less access.

Be careful out there......BMS has gotten smart and now downsizing based on false call reporting. That means no severance no "plan" and its sweet and simple most of the time.
