Stryker Surgical Position

    What can you tell me about this position? I know the current territory is in good shape. Average pay? Good Atmosphere? (90+% market share)

    best job out there today. excellent bag, pay, leadership, etc. take it as fast as you can

    Used to be the best. There was some VERY poor leadership over the last 5-7 years. Trying to get back the swagger, but it's a shadow of its former self. Really, there isn't anything cutting edge about the division anymore. You'll be chasing PO's for the sponge tracking platform that no one is excited about. It's the only way to grow when you've blown your load on everything else for years. Truth.

    I work at another Stryker division and trust me this is a terrific sales job. bad leadership is out and I think they are getting their swagger back. Just launched a bunch of new products last week.

    This division should lose the power equipment. ortho reps should have. all contacts and relationships are recon or trauma

    This might be the dumbest thing I've ever heard someone say.... How's that working out for Zimmer?

    Ortho guys also have no clue about capital budgets etc. They'll say they do, but they don't.
