Those fools at Merz are positioning for their class action lawsuit. Its unfortunate they lost money with Ulthera but they have no one to blame but themselves for a poor investment choice. Were they not aware of the poor treatment outcome? Jeez- didn't need to be a Nostradamus to know this one would fail based on patient opinion of the shaky concept of "controlled SMAS burn". Physician oath includes 'do no harm' and the potential for harm was known from the outset, Merz management just decided to ignore it...and the family were spared the truth.

Ulthera is a thing of the past.

Huge turnover of sales reps, big competition from me too devices, failure to reach sales targets and Merz is stuck trying to justify the acquisition....

Ulthera is really a fraud and should be investigated by the FDA.
It's an engineering piece of garbage.
I'd never recommend this product to anyone.

Lame Ulthera sales are killing Merz but not promoting this trash is not an option for the continued health of this company's profit margins.
Looks like the major goal of Merz is to deceive and oppress the less than satisfied patients.

I can see issues due to total disregard to ethical selling practices. Business over ethics. Nice job Merz.
