Open Plan, yet another example of incredibly bad decision making by Witty to add to the growing list: 1) GSK China (fake data, withdrawal of scientific paper, corrupt sales practices), 2) Mark Reilly as Head of GSK China (incompetent friend of Witty's) that destroyed GSK's reputation with sex scandal. 3) Sale of Oncology to Novartis (hottest area in pharma), 4) Volume Strategy turning GSK scientific innovation into a toothpaste company, 5) Unwavering support of incompetent R&D Leadership who suffered no punishment following multiple and colossal bad decisions (Purchase of Human Genome Sciences, Purchase of Domantis, Doubling down the bet on darapladib, Purchase of Sirtris).

I'm sure there are many more examples. Changes are needed and fast.
