JG had no ability to connect with people and its positive that she left. She put incompetent people in the department and I'm sorry you don't have mass exodus by a team of trainers unless there is a cancerous environment. Now it will take a good year for the first impression of new hires to see something good. LU must have been really short sighted to allow a psych come over to movement with not the right qualifications and run the training dept. Hopefully Crystal and her "over the top" big talk like she's some super star is the next shoe to fall. I can tell you she pulls that shit in a real territory and she'd find out what no access is about.

 

Disagree with you. Crystals passion and real world experience and high energy is what Lundbeck needs to move Northera. What we were doing before wasn't working so lets give her a chance she was successful in her other positions. Her training engaged reps and help them move product make money and help patients

This is so not true. JG didn't do any work other than micromanage and take credit for her team's work. She was a detriment to that department, ask any of the FTMs or trainers She backstabbed, lied and manipulated her way into that position using her friendship with MS to get that position.

If you are just now figuring this out, you are a day late and a dollar short. Big Pharma model has been in the works for months and is now fully incorporated. Pedal to the metal.

 

We move further into big pharma mode with the hiring of a J&J person to head training.

 

We would be so lucky if the current senior leadership would all leave - they are the ones who have ruined this company. Big pharma or not they have no clue
