    What do you all think of Half Court Hornblower now? Is he saving respiratory and making things better and more transparent?!? HA! He’s probably behind these ‘silent layoffs’. We know he’s behind STEM and thinks that’s the way to increase respiratory sales!! I’m here to convince you ... HAHAHAHA

    STEM is a joke. It is here. It has been at every other company that pays their consultants for the same failed recommendations and alignments.

    Court Horncastle is one of the least eloquent, lowest intellect, and most inauthentic leaders GSK has ever had. The field in the US has zero respect for him and his constant patronizing towards us would suggest that the feeling is mutual. We knew how to sell before he got here and we’ll be just fine when he moves on. He needs to go...SOON!

    Let's be real. This division sucks! Advair is generic and Symbicort will be soon. GSK is just squeezing the last drops from the COPD teat. We should all be actively looking into other organizations. If you're not, I hope you are ready to retire, because those severance packages are taxed heavily and landing a comparable job will take time. Hornsmoker, Hornblower, Hornyhummper, or whatever you want to call him, is irrelevant. He's just the latest field executive of the month. The fact is, he is not a good leader and couldn't sell his way out of a paper sack much less lead a team. A lot different than the military hand-job Hornsmacker. But he has a job to do and is doing it to the worst of his ability. I'm just as frustrated as the rest of you but I am doing something about it..two interviews next week. Medium sized organizations with real opportunity to grow from within. No BS development plan like we have here. So wish me luck and I will do the same for you. For those who want to stick their head in the sand, I guess ignorance is bliss.

    The last post was funny as well as accurate. I am also currently interviewing with another company. It's not fun but it's not as stressful as being unemployed and interviewing. I feel a bit of empowerment vs desperation. In the end, we don't know what the future of this division holds, but long term looks bleak. What I do know is that this division is toxic. From forced "coco" details to STEM work contacts to, having to answer to mediocre managers. I am in California and from Court to Harry to my current FLL, all very average. However, they expect perfection from their people. Very difficult to respect any of them. I am hoping to land a job with another company in the next month. From what I've been told, it offers the one thing GSK hasn't been able to offer employees for the last fifteen years...respect! Best of luck to all!

    Cali talking here. Reps are leaving in droves. Other reps & FLLs on disability. The dynamic duo, Court & Harry, have managed to completely decimate this region. Personally, I give this division one more year. If you haven't already, you should be looking into an exit strategy.

    Dude has the job of all jobs! Zero accountability! When questioned by Jack or Emma..points the finger at the sales force...must not be using the "coco" sales model.. Fire-em!! Jack is an elitist white boy who never had to work a day in his life. Oh oh oh..I was a paper boy backing 1979..oh oh oh..I was a tank commander..but never in battle. Oh oh oh..coco!!!! What joke!     Exactly! Sounds like a porn star. Acts as if he is a porn star. But when he pulls down his pants there is a major reality check! Balls the size of raisins and penis the size of a thimble. Horn-swallower hasn't done a thing to improve sales. In fact, he has done the opposite. COCO is the laughing stock of the industry! My purpose here today is expose inept management!
