Hopefully, hopefully this will be the last meeting this year! I am missing graduation activities to role play, and hear about a new copay card! Morale is below rock bottom, and this redo meeting just makes it worse. And on constant babysitting field rides, and no wonder there is no passion for Lundbeck anymore.

Yes morale is at rock bottom and we are heading to Dallas for a 3 day love fest! BAHAHAHAHAH
I can't wait to see all the suk ups = you know who they are they will be at the flip charts and they will be showing the rest of us what good looks like!! There is no reason for this meeting other than Takeda demanding that we meet. JA and PK and the rest of the loser leaders will be on stage to tell us how well things are going - I ask how close to meeting goal are you?

Chalk up poor judgement and desperation move when you were unemployed, desperate and jumped at a low salary job to come here. It was no secret that Lundbeck with established with old Abbott big Pharma cronies from up the road. You bought the lip service and need to hold yourself accountable for putting yourself in the situation that you are now in. I mean damn son. open your eyes to the obvious. Washed up big Pharma Abbott leadership, me too products, lower than average specialty salaries! This is nothing new and was always the reality going back to the beginning. Maybe this was a redo, a fresh start for you a couple of years ago but damn son. You totally got sucked in hook, line and sinker to the point of no return.

What happened to being innovative? We don't "have" to have 3 meetings a year. We do because this is always how its been done. It doesn't mean we still have the same business needs from years ago- waste of money.

This is just another opportunity for leadership to blow hot air in our direction and hear themselves speak so they feel self important. I enjoy the area team I am a part of, I do not enjoy the egos of leadership and self righteous attitudes.

Hey Screwball, in every post you are calling someone Son. You must think it gives you some form of superiority. Go yuck it up on another site and wipe the tobacco spit off your chin- love Dad!

I enjoy the meetings by meeting up with old friends and meeting new folks. Make the meeting work for y'all.

Son, learn how to deal with your poor career decisions instead of bringing them to a public forum. You came to work for a company run by former big Pharma drones to sell "me too" product at a lower than industry salary. It was your free will decision to accept employment so stop you crying.

The best thing thing I heard at this meeting was that it would be the last one for 2016. I hope they mean it.

Damn let it go. We get you don't like meetings. Crying over it by posting over and over is not going to change the reality that sales meetings are part of Pharma. And yes productivity at meetings are low but they are not going away. You should know that Pharma has 3-4 meetings a year unless you are a new and clueless rookie. Wimp

My God! I just realized it's been over 2 months since we had a meeting!!! What the hell is going on? We have got to be receiving a "Save the Date" email any minute now! Very strange, wouldn't you say?

Judging from the day and time of your post, you have much greater issues than when the next meeting is. Sad sap.
