Why are we so scared to Triage directly to a Specialty Pharmacy?

Thank you pointing this out! This is exactly what Novartis should do is use specialty pharmacy. Novartis would save a ton of money!
Novartis could actually let go of the entire pull through side....

Well this is what happens when the leaders are all from Galderma and never sold a biologic before! It's not like selling a zit cream. They don't understand the role specialty pharm plays in these advanced products.

    They don't understand ANYTHING
And wonder why the business is in the sh*tter

Right? Maybe part of the problem is these idiots rely on a form they want submitted to morons unable to do anything so they line their own pockets. Except the office can't fill it out and the reps aren't bothering to teach them.
How about this for pulling through: when you ask me for the 100th time to go to your office for education, I'll teach them how to send a prescription to the SP and activate a copay card?

I'm far too busy with all these calls to make it to that office. :D
Go ahead and teach them. Or don't. Anything works for me.
I might drop in without you. Or maybe I won't.
If I do, you never can tell what I feel like saying today.
Btw, they think you're a tool. Yes, every. Single. Office.

I like when they don't know how to tell/help an office with the form. It just sits forever and doesn't get to me. Perfect. Your office thinks you're an idiot with a med too hard to get and I have five less things to do. Every time you screw up.

Sadly, I don't have the ability to pull through anything that doesn't reach me:oops:

Some cases take months out there. Patients call in over and over. Offices can't get anyone to actually help. Does Novartis care? Nope. Do I care? Not anymore
And the ALPs are all like, we have to babysit them...after all this time you can babysit them. If you want me in the field I can't watch your baby

Got one from beginning of May. Another from March. One from April
    All this week
Sure these offices are pleased with it taking anywhere from one to three months to submit a form correctly and start the BI process
Now they sit another week for some results
Incomplete SRF report? Nah, I'm not looking for stuff to do. Plenty on my plate

    Incomplete SRF report LOL
Those come every three months or so. With data so old you can't do anything
    Dang good joke, LT

I think the patients from last year that keep coming back to us that just need a refill and new PA are pretty special ;)

And why send them? Hey, we know the data stinks, but here it is! Just insert a brick wall to bang your head on until it's bloody raw

Why not just use specialty pharmacy and the hub...the psl team makes the offices set up all the assessment appointments any way...specialty pharmacy does all the paper work...
