If MT leaves and nothing changes, he is just a fall guy and nothing else.

Finally! Now run to get rid of the third layer of CSO first. The one that MT wouldn't hire an RSD for. He knew the gig was up. What a waste of time, money and resources for this third layer of CSO and management. 10 managers who could go to Chairman's Circle for what??? They call on third tier targets and have NO business. The turnover rate is horrible and the "leadership" wasn't wanted on regular teams. Let them go already.

Ours only works when the manager is there. They cover half the state. No way to build relationships. They get paid for our work. That is pitiful.

Mike Tuller is a very poor leader and only cares about what makes him look good with his bosses. He has no honor in the sales force and is hated because of the brow beating and lack of trust.

Typical Mike Tuller banter “this is the most important project I have worked on in my career! If you think I am being an ass and creating fear amongst the teams it is because I care about being successful!

Notice the I talk without the we? Repatha is important to all of us and the ridiculous 7pm conference calls and tracking of these ridiculous managed care reports that show us what we already know, Repatha is not paid for but 13 weeks of Praluent are.

He is the worst leader I have ever had in 26 plus years in this industry.
