So Papa Smurf, MM, Ari, and other dips hits who think they are leaders can take a the cash and line their own pockets. You work your tail off to chase bullshit quotas….so they can stiff you, rig it, and take it for their own wallets. Thats the game there. If you work hard and stay, you are one sorry motherf---ker. And you deserve to be taken advantage of.

I'm surprised anyone with common sense still works here at Valeant. I left for a DM position over 2 years ago and my god it was best thing I did. I accepted with another company got the hell out then sold my stocks just before it crashed. Everyone knew what was bound to happen. Very poor leadership..Business model didnt make sense, District managers and all levels of management were awful.

 

Oh yeah. They set the q goals on ridiculous business rationale. They screw you and take it all for themselves. They fly around on the Valeant corporate jets with fancy and expensive cheese platters. They drive big, fancy cars and live in big, fancy homes. They laugh and slap each other on the back and tell each other how smart they are. Boy wonders. Any they f-k you. and the the customer.

 

But remember, it is about changing patients lives and sucking every ounce of integrity out of anyone willing to sell their soul. This entire Industry is unethical and only cares about the bottom line (which is lining their pockets at everyone else s expense).

 

Dont forget some of us minions have children, mortgages and need to put food on the table. I hate what's going on and hate coming into work every day but what else am I suppose to do? It's not that easy to leave a job and just find a new one. I am looking myself but it's not going to happen overnight.

 

Stand up and be counted. Some of us know right and wrong, ethical and unethical behavior. And we know and respect the laws of this country. We were the strong leaders at this shitshow. Always try to do the right thing. Some leaders are morally corrupt to the core and think it is all about them. That is there nature. They are f-g assholes and harm a lot of people. And destroy the business. Valeant is a case is study for years to come. I hope the market and the gov force this bullshit company out of business for good.

 

Maybe this company will pull out of this dive. Nah. This place is done. Sad to see so many people hoodwinked to believe its pulling out of the death spiral. Glimmers of hope dashed by the cold seawater of the wave.
