The DME business is not the best place to be with the government's desire to control ALL aspects of health care.. But Rotech seems to be the worst at handling the current conditions because of poor leadership. They seem to be reactionary instead of visionary which has a negative effect on employees.. Thus the negative comments

Because blotech sucks.. That's why. Thier employees are Walmart rejects.. They couldn't sell ice water to people in hell.

Rotech, Apria, Lincare; They are all the same-patient care is all smoke and mirrors, all they care about is the bottom line.

How would you propose that these DME companies stay in business without making a profit?

Poor management and low pay equals low moral.. Pretty simple

That feeling that the ship is sinking creates unhappy campers.. They keep telling us we are in good shape but all the bitching about overtime and the lack of pay raises tells us a different story.

Rotech is a joke. I worked there for 2 years and worked my ass off just to find out the week b4 Christmas our store was shutting down. Our numbers were well above what we' needed but that didn't matter. The day they told me I was fired they make me walk home in the rain. (I was on call that week). Good thing I only lived a mile and a half away. It's OK though I'm working at lincare now marking more money more hours than b4.

Lmao yeah we are doing so well that they hit the roof if there is any overtime. I have a feeling we are worse off than they are letting on.
