This guy owned a bunch of companies that promised 9% returns backed by "hard assets". Bob Guess is doing it now solo in the DFW market on Rush Limbaugh's radio hours. It's incredible that the local radio stations don't check these guys out better. Looks pretty sketchy to me. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is!!!
I think he's a fraud. Just google James Torchia, Bob worked with him in Atlanta and ripped off over 20 million from investors.
