If this post is true and the Austin DM is MS, you need to prepare yourself to move somewhere else....no joke you better start your backup plan b/c he'll wreck your career, he's that BAD.

The only advice he has is bad advice, you'd have been better off choosing your manager from an old phone book!

 

I think she's getting better due to Regional.

Gen Med DM is so arrogant, not sure how he fits his head through doors. Just ask him, he's the best. The CV DMs have been awful. 2 down, now looking for a 3rd CV DM.

The onc DM in Louisiana that reported his rep to compliance for drawing a picture to try to explain something while he works one day a year with his reps, but puts in FCRs every week. He "field" coaches while hunting, not using vacation days and had a messy affair with a coworker when he was a DM in Florida. Par for the course. Our managers stink.

 

Between Indiana's mr. Ego and Grand Rapids Excel spreadsheet champion, no wonder the midwest is always sucking.
