Why so much turnover at this company?

The sales numbers are never right. They can never fix it. They are the best for promising the world, and giving nothing. Salary is on higher side, but the aggravation isn't worth crazy management, unrealistic expectations, and micro managing. Products are now old or just shitty.

 

The resignations keep rolling in. This is almost as bad as the Alkermes exodus.

 

No different than anywhere else

 

Wow ignorance is bliss. Just roll the ball down hill and have no accountability. Priceless remark above but sadly spells out just why there is such high turnover here.

 

Need to look up top at the leadership or lack there of in those leadership positions at the direct level and above. No accountability in any of those positions and surely no leadership. That's a bad recipe!

And the resignation letters just keep on rolling in and Gish could give a damn less.
