Neuroscience Territory Manager

Looking for some answers here. Was contacted by a recruiter about a Neuroscience Territory Manager position (was told its an expansion position) but the recruiter would not disclose any salary or bonus potential or vacation time. She told me that once they review my resume if they are interested they would discuss this info.
1. Can anyone give me insight to the Salary?
2. Bonus potential?
3. Vacation time/Benefits?

 

Salary would be about 5 to 10% more than you currently are making you will have to show a current paystub. Two weeks vacation company car 401(k) decent benefits

 

Bonus target is 40K a yr
Some people make 80K year in bonus some people make 0 a year in bonus just depends on how much sales you get

 

Is there a range or cap on base pay? What if you are already 120k? Is the 5-10% bump still in range?

 

Come on help out with a realistic neuro base pay range along with target bonus range. I'm sure this will attract some negative Ned replies but hopefully a couple of legit replies as well.

How many reps in division? Are there counter parts or single covered territories? Target bonus? Base pay range?

 

Single territories, 215 NAMs =offices based reps
And about 150 LTC reps
Target bonus 40K
Co car
Base 60-140k depends on exper
2 was vacat off xmas wk
Decent benefits
If you don't grow business here though, you get put on plan, we are only pAyed on Growth

We are a bunch of back stabbing criminals that care more about making money than pharma guidelines or patient safety. At AVANIR as my manager says " if you are not selling off label then your not selling. Jen P told us when we were in Philly to sell for depression due to dopamine affinity. Come here to make money but trust nobody!!
