You can add Greg S. and Mark L. to the list as both resigned on Friday.

Wow! What the hell is going on other there? Never ever hear anything about immunoscience - ever. That being said was under impression Orencia was a pretty solid product.

A lot of changes lately. Jennifer H. also announced that she is moving on. Something other than just discontent must be going on. What is it now? 8 leadership changes in less than 10 years? Word on the street is that there are more managers and reps leaving.

Where is she going? leaving the company or another position at BMS?

She's going to work for Murdo, her mission is complete after securing padlock.

As for people leaving, there is a big demand for the immuno skill set and relationships. Many new products being launched in the next 6-12 months. The division is doing just fine ( a little too micro managed, but fine).

Are you kidding? People are leaving because they are sick and tired of incompetant management. DMs are afraid to raise issues as Bob can't deal with any negative feedback. It's weird - he prefers being lied to while his ship is sinking fast. Sales numbers are corrupt so output doesn't matter. Just fake your calls to hit your rediculous call goals and submit your expense reports without errors and you are Pinnacle bound. Skipper was tired of seeing onelook showing 25% growth but IC reflecting 9%. Managements answer - "shut up, don't try to analyze your numbers or make sense of them. We will give you a rank as we see fit". These guys have run off anyone that challenges them and are building the perfect Stepford sales force - a flock of sheep.

Above poster could not be more dead on. The data here is a joke! Nothing gets fixed and issues that are raised get swept under the rug. Never really have an idea where you stand. No idea if there will be a bonus or an ass chewing.

It's quite apparent that you have not spoken to the reps and managers who have left immuno over the last year and a half. Most of them would have preferred to stay. The new sales management team of BV, JK and JW was the reason they left. Ask any of them because word on the street is that BMS didn't.

Where did skipper go? He was an original member of the team. I thought he was a BMS lifer.

Didnt anyone else find it peculiar that our "leadership team" spent so much time at POA trying to convince us that this is a great place to be? While everyone is heading for the exits?

Dude, It is a great place to work. Just nod your head and tell them that they are the best and you will get promoted in no time.

Exactly - that is exactly how we came up with the inept upper management we have. And that is exactly the type of management those assholes are hiring for DMs. Ass kisser - yes men. The only explanation is BMS is getting ready to offload us. They are trying to get the metrics up and salaries down to primary care level to make the division look more profitable and attractive. Jennifer and Bob have effectively destroyed this division. I know I'm looking…

So who's hiring other than Genzyme? I don't want to go from frying pan to the fire?

Everyone is jumping ship right now. UCB, Genentech, Novartis, Genzyme, etc. It doesn't matter which company, just trying to get the hell of this sales management nightmare.

Youre pretty close. Regeneron, Genzyme and Genentech will get the cream of the crop because of their management and cultures, not because of money. Abbvie, Amgen, UCB. Janssen and Pfizer will get BMS remnants to fill spots vacated for the above companies. Reps at BMS are very clear that their sales management is the top reason for leaving when they are interviewing.

At my interview Friday, i saw 4 other Orencia reps. I can hear the "death rattle" in this division. Bob V, Jeff K. and John W. - you are the most worthless excuses for management one can possibly imagine. When BMS finally cans you, i hope you have burned enough bridges to force you out of this industry altogether. Then i will never be forced to listen to your mindless babble again.

The exodus has begun. 2 more TBMs from Florida resigned last week. Expect many more this week.
