Aside from the class action settlement by the self proclaimed CPO.

JY isn't so bad. So what. He told women to not get pregnant to advance. So what he told them to see him in his office if they had a problem with that. So what if he makes up fake savings to make Simon post positive first Q1 results.

Everyone needs to stop being so sensitive.

Nabil is right. The guy is a straight shoot, no nonsense kind of guy who can make up numbers faster than Dingo. Just because Nabil is sleeping with him doesn't mean he is wrong.

    Lighten up folks.

I've signed it. Twice in fact. Yeah, it's dishonest but Sir Andrew wouldn't want it any other way. Fake till you make or get fined billions!

We are spending millions in outside counsel fees on this guy. The least we can do is interview him. Star format, of course.

layoffs again in 3 years by Jean Yves May 9th. If you are looking to join Gsk do not. Will have to reapply for your job in 2-2.5 years. Well if you are in procurement.

What rock did you crawl out from. This job is six months at a time. 3 years? That's a lifetime at GSK. There is zero confidence in having job security at GSK. They treat a 20 year veteran the same way they treat a two year newbie.

No it was not like that forever, just since that assclown JY was hired. It really doesn't matter though, the Brits don't care at all about the US. Everyone can see the Great job these bozos have done..NOT

#1 We thought much of GSK's sales were from the USA....where we can charge reasonable prices.

#2 We thought the Brit's had socialized medicine, luring all the immigrants.

#3 They DID have great leaders like Thatcher, Tony , and Churchill....but none in business.

Firstly: That lawsuit was filed by a group of women who were JY's lackeys and did his dirty work. Once he turned on them, they filed suit.
Secondly: Why hasn't any official government body investigated JY for taking a $5M check from a vendor without a contract? They had to finally give it back after someone blew the whistle on them.
Lastly: His name is poison every where. That is why the terrorist Nabil left JY's orbit. He did not want to be tarred with that brush.

Nabil is a rat but JY is the epitome of a corporate crook. Don't worry though, sir Andrew takes care of his cronies. The millions in outside counsel feels are a drop in the bucket, little Dan and sir Andrew don't mind spending other people's money.

No need to post on Linked In. What was said is well known by many in the company.

Any other company, this French clown would be gone. If you are in twits circle, you can rape and pillage at will.

The fraud era of the Jean Yves is finally closing. The incompetence of Nabil Besri remains, but at least it's in a place where he can do less damage. It is impossible to understand how these two individuals could rise to high levels at a company like GSK without any detection of their total lack of skills to do the job. Neither should have been trusted with GSK's good name, and sadly the skilled people lost during their reign are now gone for good.
