Wanting to know how are the medical and 401k benefits at Lundbeck?

401k match is all you get at 6%. No other retirement benefits. Lundbeck became self insured last year and dropped to a 70/ 30 split on out of pocket major medical whereas last year it was 80/ 20. Cost went up a little and it seems high for what we get compared to industry standard. Just try not to get sick and use one of the cheaper alternatives like medical savings account or cheaper plan. Plans administered by BCBS of Illinois.

Despite picking the PPO plan, I've had to pay a high copay (250 for minor ER visit) and a deductible on just about everything. As mentioned above, it's not up to the industry standards. Also, Lundbeck does not match on bonus money nor let you contribute to your 401k with bonus earnings.

Benefits are mediocre at best. They would rather spend money on meetings than benefits. Lundbeck has lost their way, for good. PA, JA and GJ, are not what Lundbeck needs. They are completely and totally out of touch with reality, so they plan useless meetings, etc., to give the impression they are accomplishing something. They think that having ASM's/RBD's riding in the field nonstop, is the key to better sales. It's all an illusion. The May meeting will prove me and others right.

Thanks. I'm curious what the pay range is on the rare disease side... Anyone know? Much appreciated.

Pay here lower for rare disease specialty reps. At most $108-110 to start. Most start at less than 6 figures.
