These special teams have no special education, licenses, training, etc. we all sell the same brands with the same stuff. Can they sell any better? Sales Data would say NO even though they cherry picked docs
Here's a cost saving idea. ESS and RST do the same thing as PC and Diabetes reps. Start there. It doesn't look by the sales growth that the RSTs make a difference. Tudorza and Daliresp have spectrum reps. Ergo why do we need a more expensive sales force with DSMs, cbds etc?
Cuts across the board this time. H.Q. , Leadership, Institutional sales and every single sales force. You don't cut $1.5 million without cutting huge numbers of employees.
