Why are we so scared to Triage directly to a Specialty Pharmacy?

    HUB is broken.

    SPs control 95% of the market and we don't engage with them. Why are we so scared?

    Guess what, Humira goes right to them. Taltz is already going to them. Amgen doesn't care anymore, but their residual business goes right to SPs. Celgene learned the hard way, their HUB sucked ass and continues to suck so they now got to SPs.

    Why are we not engaging with the entities that deliver our product?

    Your sales representatives actually believe that the HUB will deliver better data and they are relying on SRFs for money. Unfortunately, they're going to have tails between their legs and butts on fire soon

    I think its hysterical. Sales don't even understand that our HUB won't issue a copay card if the SRF isn't completely correct. If they went to the SP, they would get verbal order clarifications, activate their own cards, and the process would take about 1/4 of the time. I say let the offices be pissed. How many times can you try to help people who know more than you, don't want to listen, and aren't willing to help themselves? Please, be the CEO of your business and go into bankruptcy. I salute you!

    Agree. Have decided not helping idiots in my region anymore. No recommendation or input. Just instruct your offices to do whatever suits you. Period. Let me know how it works (or doesn't) for you.

    These fools have no idea what's coming for changes to our program. Enjoy anything you get from HUB while we're doing education and our portfolio of meds.

    If they want to wait 3 or 4 weeks for what could be accomplished in 3-4 days with an escript or phone call and zero hassle, let them learn the hard way

    Did the HUB ever actually work?

    Winners for 2015 used SP exclusively. Winners in 2016 will follow suit. Anyone else will tank.

    NPC is notorious for not engaging in anything that makes sense or is functional. They seem to actually like to provide disservice to customers.

    What they ought be afraid of is business they are giving away on a silver platter.

    Anyone out there with any business sense would have offices send e-scripts to SPs and activate their own copay cards. Using the hub will not result in repeat business for long. Not sure why this is hard to understand. And the pharmacy will actually capture AND report data. Promise you aren't going to get anything accurate out of Biologics

    Fear of the unknown. Sales do not understand processes and options.
    That's not how this works...That's not how any of this works! ought be OUR commercial
    All very unfortunate
    Everyone wonders why the business is in the toilet and can't trust one another enough to listen to honest answers
    Good luck to those who stay and all the new people who've just arrived. You're in an uphill battle you cannot possibly win

    Had an approval more than a week ago. Pt calls the hub every single day. Still can't figure out how to get a working copay card. PSL can't help because the hub is useless, the office is livid, and the pt is about ready to kill somebody.
    And the Q of the thread needs to be restated. Why are we NOT having our offices send these right to the SP and allowing pt's to activate their own cards?

    I love when they use them. Then call me with problems. I tell them to call the Hub and they'll be happy to help. It's awesome! Nothing gets done and it isn't on me:D

    Same. My favorite call is from sales when an office needs help and I tell them to call 844-COSENTYX and they'll be happy to assist...in screwing it up further. You want business there, then it's your problem. I'm really sorry but I can't fix what I didn't break and the LT doesn't seem interested.

    Faster for any office to complete their own benefit investigation, submit the PA, and send it off to be filled than it is to even complete the SRF. These offices send faxes back and forth for weeks before they complete the form "right".
    Doesn't matter how good whatever you're peddling is when people think it's too hard:(

    It takes at least six weeks for these people to process someone start to finish.
    The SPs do this in less than a week.
    The real question here is why would anyone want to use this HUB?
