Seems like the once boisterous leader has been shushed.....

duely noted. Maybe because he is not a GSK toss out, like the rest of them

That's OK. Their methods and strategies that are part of the problem will cause them to be tossed from here too. Don't you think Tosh?

DM is the true leader of RST. The team will rally behind his direction and not that phony TB.

DM has been quiet lately. Seems like he is afraid of TB. TB continues to bring in GSK cronies. That guy who is over the south is a complete waste of space.

You mean Dom? Oh come on, he is great, just ask him.
Arrogant, self-absorbed, pretentious. Care to add some more?

 Here's a question. So Crestor goes generic and the PCP team is picking up Tudorza & Daliresp. The RST has the same promo items as PCP. So why do we have RST again? Literally there is no quantifiable difference except that they get paid more.

The same reason there are spec teams at other companies... Majority of RST have higher skill sets that seperate them from PCP. Most of us put the time in PCP, as you know the harder you work in that role the more you learn. I have PC reps that have limited exp, and some a lot but the pattern I have noticed is laziness, poor work ethic, inability to challenge customers, & somewhat weak on pull thru. I could go on and on...

Proof in the pudding. Since RST came in, what is the growth with specialists? I bet we would need paddles to resuscitate.

Every territory is different... Globally not sure but I have instances where PC reps have hurt the biz and finally after a long time I am reviving it... Also Dali is not a simple sell... There's more to it than just discussing benefits of product. They're good products but do not sell themselves. If all the PC reps are so strong then why was it so easy to select the current team??Just sayin..

OK so tell me this...if the RST sales force was down 1% for 2015 after the advantage of picking who they call on, how would those chosen be superior to PC?
