I want to let it be known that I have a high level position here and was asked this week to destroy evidence and case files for shady things that we have done before the new CEO arrives. This goes from employee disputes, lawsuit information, strip club and alcohol bills for execs, hit-men, fraudulent accounting, discrimination of employees, terminations of key employees, and the list goes on. I was told that I would be gotten rid of unless I did so. This was to "start fresh" and give us a chance to survive I was told.

Hello. My name is Carl O'Donnell. I am a journalist at Reuters and I have been covering the situation at Valeant since October. I am sorry to hear that so many of you have been having a hard time with the company, and I would be interested in learning more about your situation. If any of you would be open to speaking with me, I would be very grateful. I an assure you that I will keep your identity completely private. My email is carl.odonnell@tr.com. Best wishes.

If you want it to be "known" then an anonymous ranting website is the wrong place. Your post might make you feel better but it's not any use. Lodge a letter with your attorney, turn whistleblower to SEC or Congress but CP is not the place for this.

Most of what you described is covered under the legal hold notices. If you were told this, you are required to report it to general council or you may be complicit in violating the court orders. Reporting it anonymously here won't protect you. Be smart. Your personal ass is on the line.

Agreed. Reporting it on a website like this won't do any good.

1.) I could believe just about anything about this company's management at this point, but hit-men?

2.) Although, the alcohol bills alone for MP are enough to bankrupt any company...

If what you say is true, this is very serious. Many of us investors lost a lot of money due to the piece of shit leaders at this company. These are terrible leaders who fired good people, even leaders who knew how to do the right thing regardless of their frat boy antics. This are real fuckers running this company. Round them all up.

hit men don't necessarily have to kill people. Look at the Medicis ordeal. Owner's family all dies in a short period of time after he refuses to sell out to valeant. Then after their deaths he gives them the company.

Haha. People are getting out of control here. But at least it's funny. Hitmen? Awesome. Paid with company money and leaving a trail that you need to destroy? Even more awesome. That's grade A criminal planning. Did they get receipts from the hit men?

And Carl- make sure you remember the code of ethics before printing any of this made up crap. Plenty of anonymous sources making up stories here. Lots of angry, disgruntled employees and former employees with agendas. Cafepharma is not the place to go for reliable information.

We just need a car chase and a good looking lady with mental problems chasing a psycho guy.

You need to call the police. Copy the documents and go down to your nearest police department and give it to a police officer. They will then give you a "fresh start" in the witness protection program.

These guys don't need to be reminded about the code of ethics. They will need to have confirmations and approvals before reporting anything. Just tell the truth and try to supply them with any other names/sources you can to help prove your information is correct.

You need to call Carl O'Donnell and the police.

By notifying the press you neutralize the threat on your reputation.

By calling the police you protect yourself against your suggestion that the company has "hit men" that maintain the silence of employees that know too much.

Since the details you have described have already identified you to the company you have no choice but to report officially before Valeant management comes to talk to you.

No. The worst thing to do is call the police or the press. Call Liam Neeson to protect you! And watch out for the terminators that Valeant will send from the future to kill you.

I am in Europe and aware of strange things which I should not be aware of. When I read the comment on US law etc. I became concerned and therefore seek some advice honestly. What can i do?
On the hit men, new to me but know of lots of shit going on now, payoffs with solid confidentiality agreements to former employees, distributor compensation on loading in 2015 but masked very well and more

So what was the result. Did you call the cops? Did you report this to anyone (other than just put on pharmacafe). If you did let us know. If not then you probable concluded that what was going on was not serious enough to tell the authorities and this thread is just a huge waste of time for everyone that read it.

It all comes down to how passionate you are about the issue and how serious the crime is. Why bring up the issue if you do not have the desire to follow up and make them accountable for their crimes. Let us know.
