Novartis - a great place to work, yeah right

    Let me think...
    1. Not performing and stock down the drain
    2. Continues to lay off right and left
    3. Promotes people with terrible behaviors just because they suck up really well and/or fit into a diversity strategy
    4. Continuously hires from outside for key roles and neglects internal talent, unless they are parachuted from Basel with no knowledge of the US market
    4. Screws the field force by retrieving a portion of incentives ("to be paid later") because home office people do illegal things and the company gets continuously fined millions of dollars all around the world
    5. Is obsessed and burdened with stupid processes that limit innovation and customer focus (the motto of the company should be "no you can't")
    6. GenMed is surviving on Gilenya and Cosentyx. Entresto is a joke. The rest is small. Oncology is on the Gleevec patent cliff. Alcon is in the dump. Yeah!
    6. Wait, did I say that the stock is in the shit hole?

    Yes, this list could have been written 5 years ago. You have to give nvs credit tor bringing ent to market. I thought the overlay plan was sound. But they only gave it about 1 week before they changed direction. It's been one f....up after another. Now we enter the "fire em,pip em and lay em. off phase"
