I look forward to returning to the failed 2015 model at the hub tomorrow. It was so wonderful of her to get on the national call and roll it out herself. At least we'll be in a position to NOT work much, seeing as nothing will ever get done out there

 

I love the old model. Ensures nothing gets done. And no one watches or monitoring anything. Frees me up for job seeking. Thanks

I agree. Micromanage much? You'd think they could invest more energy into fixing the hub. Novel idea, no? FIX THE HUB

 

Jorie believes she fixed the problem by returning to the old model that FAILED.
I love having a single person for each dozen nurses now, when everyone had their own.
Can't wait to watch this unfold.

If you're ALPS is on their butt everyday and can't make change happen then she sucks too.... It's not just about bitching to the Hub. That part is easy and brainless....it's about changing upper mgt and creating genuine, positive change!

 

Couldn't possibly agree more. Would be amazing to see major changes to upper management. Only changes we've seen in 2016 are negative and backwards. All very sad, really
