    Look out for new 2016 Q1 IC Plan. All Reps Frozen PTU for Tiered Customers. IS Team 30% Hospital Share. 30% Hospital Share Change. 20% Management Objectives. 20% District Performance. Office Reps 40% Change. 60% Share Change. Pfizer has been mad about BMS IC and PTU Issues and demanded changes!!

    Falsification is happening in immunoscience too. Million$ in sales are not being attributed to any territory because home office lists the account as unassigned. DMs are clueless because 90% of them have been on the job less than 6 months. Market demand (wholesale sales) for Orencia is at an all time high - but according to Onelook, sales are enemic. Pathetic what they do to avoid paying bonus.

    Wow that is interesting and I never thought about the unassigned sales. As a sales rep I would love to see that spreadsheet. Not surprising.

    All you whiners need to grow up. No one cares about your kids college tuition, your bonus, your job frankly - the BMS way hasn't changed in over 30 years, get all you can for you and fuck everyone else. Heimbold, Weg, Potter, Lane, Dolan, Corny, Lammy and now the current executives. The VPs, RBDs, DBMs are only following the leader. Bribing in China, hey whatever it takes.

    And so it is. We don't have leadership we have "Placeholders" Our Presidents, VPs and Directors don't have the ability to truly lead and step out. They only go with the flow. Otherwise they would step up and demand that this "true up" be retroactive. Instead they are rewarding the dishonest and lazy sales "placeholders"

    It is disappointing that dishonest people use this logic to rationalize falsification. It also disappoints me that all the company is doing is truing up the current numbers and not retroactively truing up the numbers. If our Presidents, VPs and Directors involved in this decision had any true leadership within them then they would not allow this. You are correct. They are not genuine leaders.

    Yes Retail Reps just did it during STAR by coding the Customers Hospitaists on the Home Office Marketing Spread and sshhaazzaamm, the unwanted Tiered Customer went to the IS Reps CTU/PTU. Brilliant

    This new process will not prevent cheating. Who will police the DMs?

    This is a huge issue. Being forced ranked and lots of cheating going on. Who will finally do something to fix this?
