Hey Madhu, here is a question to Esteban, how do you explain the increase in headcount at AML-1 inspection and Packaging under Pedro's direction? The guy pretty much triple the headcount while keeping the same volume. That is a winner.

 

Maybe the previous director set the system wrong? Why doubt of Pedro's skills? Call Ramon, he will fix it.

 

Ramon and the previous manager form the packaging and inspection area (Brenda Torres) were placed in areas where Esteban would never place his close friends as a result of their incompetence. Esteban knows that his close friend can only fly the kite after some else has done all the work to put it innthe air. That is the case with Pedro, after Brenda won the most improve plant award, Pedro has taken the area in the oposite direction. If in doubt, please check the area performance and compare between Brenda and Pedro.
