    What has everyone's experience been with HealthSTAR Program Planning?

    They are getting a little bit better but they were an absolute nightmare a couple of months ago, screwing programs up left and right and putting people at risk. There is little to no benefit over Iplan / AHM and the software is glitchy. Someone way up the chain in operations should've been fired over this whole health star thing as it has been a complete joke

    January was rough but since then much better. The technology is way better than IPLAN.

    Agree started rough but last 2 months much better in all areas

    Not sure why we need them or anybody. I'm perfectly capable of making a reservation at a restutaunt. We make the initial reservation anyway and finalize all the details . Not sure why we need them other than an anyone close out process

    The same reason that we need a gas card. They don't trust us.
