Current Brintellix goal attainment for the month of March = 70%. Please share yours. I'd like to see how many of us were stuck with crazy goals.

These aren't goals. They are just some arbitrary number then came up with to control bonus payout. I can't worry over something that is not attainable. The brand market is NOT growing for any MDD type drug. Yet, they have money to waste on a meeting when there is absolutely nothing new to discuss.

Today, our head of HR left Lundbeck. When is the last time you saw the head of HR leave? Layoffs will more than likely be announced later this year. We all need to be prepared. It's only a matter of time before "The Unseen CEO" brings out his hatchet.

82%! Yeah BIG MONEY. Huge. Gonna roll in that. By the way, the matrix also pays you even less when the company is doing poor, like we are, so that 82% is more like 68% payout. Ahhh yeah. I rock.

Were the goals prepared with the label change in mind? My goal is ridiculous and I won't be able to get close.

In the high 70's for my attainment.

Let me remind you Mr/Ms Manager that you don't make money if we don't make money.

i agree the goals are ridiculous. Is it just me or is it always the same geographies that are above goal and their goals are half the size of everyone else. I'm not whining - just an observation. I love the company and my job- I just don't understand why we don't focus more on market share growth rather than make up These silly goals. I guess it's just a way to save money.

These goals are resume killers! This has been going on in some Regions since last year! People are beating the area and region but still 10% off from goal attainment. Hell, the nation isn't making goal. That's not whining, that's bad goal setting and puts our careers in jeopardy.

It is the same geographies that aren't making it and the reps are dynamite.

What needs to be looked at is the discrepancy on territory size. Some geographies sell 2 to 3 times more than others but don't make goal. Bringing in 2-3 times the revenue for the company and yet they reward the little territory. Doesn't make sense. They revamped territories, why didn't they try to make them equal to one another.
