Clicked on the link and the 1st question is confirming who your manager is. The is the first time they have linked a respondent directly to your immediate manager. This means each link is unique to you. Either this is to make sure the answers are more favorable to the company, or to break down responses for each individual section, district, region, etc.

    I don't think I will participate.

Plus, it is multiple choice answers on a scale of 1 -10. Very limited opportunity to really tell them what is wrong.

In light of this, no need to take the survey. The real question is why did they set it up this way? It's not going to make any difference anyway. All they have to do is read the posts here on CP if they want to know what's going on.

And they had the nerve to say it's anonymous! What has happened to this company. They are completely untrustworthy. They give us goals that are completely unattainable, a ridiculous 8 calls a day goal, terrible coverage, micromanaging from many levels, etc., etc., etc. Seriously, what is going on?

its a third party company and if people would actually sound off and state the issues we wouldn't hear the garbage that we are operating at a "9" average..... otherwise they think all is great and clearly it's not even close. There is a box at the end so I hope that people will give some honest feedback about areas that are not making the grade.

I answered the questions honestly. Hopefully it will wake them up to the challenges with the culture and their management style.

I was going to do the survey, but now that i now your link to do it is unique to you, and it identifies whom you work for, I decided not to. That is in no way considered anonymous. They can look at the responses of a district/region, and will be able to pinpoint the amount of discontent within that particular district. Can you say targeting? That's my "perception" !

They are obviously tracking who responds, and everything else. The last survey did not ask who your reporting manager was. Of course, they could track anyone they liked without asking about the manager. That's why I don't trust surveys. A friend of mine went neutral on 95% of the questions so as not to be labeled a trouble maker. My, haven't we gone down as a company!

Why bother completing the survey? Are they are going to do anything with the information?

if enough people are honest about the issues they will have to address the issues. they are too proud of years past before the expansion of the last 2 years to be responsible for the demise we all see happening.

if you wish to not reply then just keep posting on here being a coward because they don't read this forum.

you put it on the vendor's shoulder and they get some "real" comments they have nothing to do but circle the wagons and start figuring out how to fix the half baked operation we have

I let them have it. If somehow it comes back as retaliation then they have far bigger issues and let's be real if it gets that bad most of us with any sort of skill will find somewhere else to go and hopefully not see the same shit that we see happening here

This survey is not anonymous. It asks you to confirm your manager's name. It's sectioned off throughout the company.
