Yes if Maintens was Lundbecks drug we could have done as well without them probably better and had all the money. My point is simply that Maintena drives Alpha and Lundbeck gets close to 60 million for our efforts. In the old days a million dollar territory was the goal. Who knows anymore what justifies more territories other than increased share of voice because they want to retro back to 1993-4-5 pods per drug hammering Doc's 2 plus messages a week. Worry them to submission to write our products by pestering the hell out of them.

This model is what GJ and JA like and know from 1993- pod, primary care selling. What happened to the innovative, thinking outside the box Lundbeck?

Management has become Zombies. They are trying to bite us and turn the AMs into zombies as well. That is the reason for all the micro management. That takes no brains just busy work. Macro thought and outside the box thinking takes forethought, courage, drive and initiative. Does anyone see this in the majority of our middle and upper management teams? I don't and it is ashame. That was what we were brought here for- engagement, honesty, work ethic and experience to get the job done. Now we are paid zero respect and treated like fresh out of college territory managers dropping samples and getting signatures. Pitiful!

Yes zombies are highly desired here at Lundbeck! Psych and neuro both are circling the drain and the plug is slowly coming out!!!!!!!!. Those of us who have been here since the beginning and who actually experienced the original Lundbeck just walk around pretending this is not happening. Get rid of the big Pharma culture and be the company you were meant to be not a wanna be Pfizer
