To prove as best as I can on a anonymous thread that I am not from home office, I was very annoyed at the cell phone change. I also think the May meeting is overkill for just label change. If Takeda is mandating it then we should push back.

The budget tracker I can live with though.

The budget tracker is the least of our problems. How about have a ASM that only has a handful of reps wanting to ride with you every few weeks! Or the GRID they just made up out of nowhere to cut our bonus payout! Yep, a 4 day meeting for a label change is beyond ridiculous, but if that wants Takeda wants, that's what will happen. Or sales data that is so screwed up, nobody even bothers to look at the BI Tool anymore. Unbelievable!

Everybody look at the big picture. We can argue whether the budget tracker is right or even needed. But you are missing the big picture. Yes, Concur has our expenses within 2 days. Yes, we do our expense reports every month. But everyone is missing the biggest point. If the company can't go 30 days without knowing how much we are spending on lunches means they are a financial house of cards. This company is broke. We lost a BILLION dollars last year. Even if US hits its target of 1 billion, the company breaks even. Instead of worrying about a tracker, we should be worried if the paycheck will bounce or the gas card will be turned off.

We went two years with no accountability in spending at all. "Keep spending till I tell you not to" was the message.

We also exceeding 3 financial goals last year according to Peter...hence the triple crown awards.

Do you not verify what you hear.? US Pharma is a different animal than Lundbeck global. Globally, the company lost a BILLION dollars. That includes whatever Peter said we did here in the states. A BILLION dollars in the hole. Saving a few bucks on lunches isn't gonna fix the problem.
