Has Stryker ever filed a lawsuit against a distributor for not hitting Quota like Orthofix is doing?

Does anyone know if Stryker has ever filed a lawsuit against one of their own distributors for not hitting quota and then also asking for $$ back since the Dist didn't hit their quota ?
I'm just curious because this is now happening at Orthofix.

Not happening. Suing for breach of contract more than likely. West coast pinhead who over promised, took front loaded deal based on future conversions, converted little or no business in spite of his giant ego, and may have gotten canned for under performing and noncompliance. Now he's sitting home posting this crap on company boards that have nothing to do with it. CS, don't go away mad, just go away!
