This is a good place. The company has made lots of investments this year so energy is good. My manager is cool. RSD in west is awesome. RSD in east is a good guy from what I am told. National director is all about himself but cool. No one knows for sure if he knows anything about a dental office or our portfolio so he is harmless. Pay can be excellent if you exceed plan. Products are not to difficult to sell and A few people made over 100k in commissions last year.

100k isn't happening this year Management is good though and do agree about Josh. No one is quite sure how he is at his level including some of the managers. I'm guessing he probably spent a year on his sales presentation and acting clips for POA. RSD Webb was good choice. Pay is decent and products are easy. As you can tell no one is complaining about things. If they were CP would be blowing up.

Yes, latching your career wagon to any division of Valeant Pharmaceuticals is an excellent choice.

It's awesome! The #1 product is older than a high school kid. You don't have to worry about learning new stuff either cause we don't develop new products. We buy other companies trash at discounted rates and tell our sales team that they are cutting edge. No stress on excelling either. As a new hire, you are instantly fast tracked to a field trainer, RM, or BUD, or NSD. Don't believe me? Take a look around. Tenured people don't get promoted at the rate of the new people. Sound good so far? If so, take your 2 months of retail sales experience at Verizon or Best Buy and come join or team. In just a few short months, you too can experience the growth of a Manager without the experience.
