Looking for some feedback. I have had a phone interview for a position in the Southeast in the OP division and am moving forward to face to face interviews. I've heard some concerning things about the zone director in the SE. I heard he's a nice person to your face but will stab you in the back. Also I've heard he comes off as dumb as a bag of rocks in front of customers not qualified to be a RM much less a DM and has severe insecurity issues. I am told he's piggy backing his career off of the back of Ms kobe the president of that OP BU and he's never been successful without her. There are always angry reps out there blabbing with gossip and not happy with their manager, but this has come from several reps from b&l and shire so I'm concerned to waste time for a face to face interview bc I've Worked for people like this before. I have moved forward to a face to face but am worried to have a leader who will pass this sad leadership down to the DM for the area I would be located. Thoughts and feedback.
Read the other threads here. "Ms. Kobe" is a snake and is exactly as you describe her protege. If you come on board you'll get full validation.

VH has personally been reaching out to neuro reps asking them to apply and then will shaft them and hire a former B&L person instead. Don't waste your time working for a moron like him. He's exactly as stated in the first post, a back stabber and idiot. Disney character goofy is the best description. Duuuufffffy. Ranges in the 13 IQ range score. Without KB he'd be detailing cars at a car wash for shire reps before their absurd monthly ride-baby sitting days.
