Orlando, kiddie capital of the world. Lucky us. Yes they make you come in on a Sunday taking time from you and your family bc flying in on a Monday would be too hard.

 

Get used to it, it will be Orlando then Phoenix, then Orlando, then Phoenix. Same as at BL when Perry and Kathy were at the helm. Never Vegas or New Orleans, or Miami, or California. Always the same and ALWAYS made us come in on a Sunday. I mean we don't have a drug yet WTF are we going to do for a whole week?

 

You are going to listen to Kathy get on stage and share her resume' timeline, which actually shows how little experience she has. I guess no one gave her the feedback. Then you will bounce from breakout to breakout with useless information that only Kathy feels is important because she refuses to get any input from anyone. She typically recycles activities that she learned at Merck when she "only launched billion $ drugs." Ask a tenured Shire rep what meetings used to be like before she and Perry got here. South Beach, NOLA, Chicago, San Fran. All of which included free time to enjoy yourself for a bit while you are away from family.

I find it uncanny how people in leadership can be so demotivating and then stand there and expect people to "recognize their excellence." These two are truly sociopathic. Everything they brought to Shire has sucked. SMH

Where the fuck you been? A LOT of companies let you wear jeans (as long as they are not ripped nice Polo or blouse) to meetings. Last two companies I worked for did. It's not like you're in front of customers. Who the hell dresses up anymore?

Her first meeting where she was in charge she stopped the casual dress code and also replaced the nice comfortable seating for general sessions with upright lock-in chairs that are way too close to one another and very uncomfortable. Just what we want, sit there uncomfortable for three hours while listening to her monotone ranting of how great she is.

Get ready newbie, the fun is about to begin for you.

 

If you don't like the pay + benefits than LEAVE!! Y'all act like spoiled little children! It would be so funny but it is so sad the caliber of some of folks in the Shire sales force!!

You, like KK were disgarded from a sinking ship that Valeant acquired and gutted.

If anyone around here should leave its YOU! Fuckin' inbred!!! So if you choose to stay, shut your fuckin' trap and hide in KKs ass and maybe you'll land at the next company when she gets pushed out again (for the fourth time in her career)
