All except one. Lou always manages to stick around. The company's value WILL go to zero. The only question left to answer is who's going to jail.

All that is happening now is that Lou is trying to cobble together the appearance of a company worth acquiring in SC. It doesn't matter if it works or if it is on sound regulatory compliance footing. Grabbing everything out of FL worth grabbing and shoving it into the SC plant so the SC operations look as good as is possible on paper is what is happening.

For so many years, the money came from one place. Now that bankers are involved and are looking into the books that have been kept secret all these years the mismanagement on multiple levels is clear. Lou cant survive 12 million a month in payments to creditors for very much longer. Although we all know she will never admit it, her bad decisions and her psychosis and her insecurities and her abject failure are solely to blame for what is soon to be the final chapter in the Nephron Failure.

 

So sad, the inner sanctum is crumbling and all are trying to jump ship off the SS Craphon.

 

You havent seen nothing yet. Now that she doesn't have Orlando to beat down. You SC folks do realize it was Florida that kept you afloat these past few years. Now what you gona do. This is going to be fun to watch.

 

Does anyone have any insight into how this company hasn't been sold since it's not making any money.

 

Because nobody wants to buy it? More specifically, nobody wants to buy it for the price the Kennedy's ask?

I certainly hope whoever buys it discounted keeps all the actual talent that hasn't left. Some of us worked hard and long to keep a bad thing going good.

Traitor? That's rich coming from a woman who fires people for looking at them the wrong way. Loyalty is a two way street, and the demeaning remarks and complete lack of job security (or even clear goals) didn't earn you ANYBODY'S loyalty.

Loyalty and respect are earned. Lou should have bought herself some dignity, swallowed hard and stepped aside. She is soley responsible for the demise. I have never seen such egomaniacal ignorance with the exception of reality TV, i.e. The Real Housewives comes to mind........
