    its a shame cause Xeljanz is a good product and the launch and sales efforts would have been so much better if not for the leadership and managers. Everyday was a fire drill. Guys like ED and DC have no place in this business.

    I am hanging on because I want my full pension and I know how to play the game at this place but this division was doomed when it was created. We had a chance to put the best we had in place and go win in the marketplace but the powers in charge decided to hire on the cheap. They had two strategic imperatives when the hired the sales team:

    1-hire those with the smallest salaries and ignore those who might cost the division money regardless of their selling skills and history
    2-hire those who would not question leadership

    This template was followed without question. If you were a friend of Jay, you made it. If not, regardless of talent and ability, you ignored. I sat and watched the slugs we added to the division while we let some of our best talent go to Amgen or sit in other Pfizer divisions.

    The poor decision making on who was put in our division and who was not is legendary. Some of the worst calls ever made here and that is saying a lot.

    I just need to make it until Q4 2017 and I will blow this mad house.

    That's been the Pfizer way for 20 yrs. The phoney bullshitters
    are what Pfizer likes. Management was always full of them and it's worse now. I'm just bullshitting my for another 6 mos. and I'm out. Can't wait to leave this shithole.

    I do have a real job cubicle dweller. I need this one for the benefits until I have my real gig going in the black for at lest 5 years. Been 3 now and guess what?

    I play golf when I want to.
    I can be at what you would call the "shore" in less than an hour. I am often.
    It's going to be 75 today.
    Our women look fine. They aren't covered up still in leggings with their hair in a scrunchy. When's the last time your wife shaved her legs?
    Stay on your coast with your ugly women and pat yourself on the back that you have a real job.

    I think I will surf this afternoon. After all, it's almost 7am and I fell great.

You are a worthless piece of shit. You know it and everyone else knows it. If I didn't sell anything, what would pay your salary? The me-too crap we sell? Get your head out of your ass and embrace reality, and yours ain't pretty.
