Dean used to be a hosp dist manager in the NE where the DCO kicked him out where he became an ID HSA manager. Is he still there?
Who cares, he was a lousy team leader in the National Service Center along with Director Mark James and other no-show managers like Meg Miller and Barry Whatshisname.
National Service Center?... that's where he belongs... in a cubicle where he can dream up spreadsheets to monitor people and doesn't have to interact with anyone... heard he was a terrible field manager... just sat there like a bump on a log, said nothing, contributed nothing resulting in customers asking reps never to bring him in their office again. What's up with this Dean guy? Why hasn't he been sacked?
Jefferys is a typical Merck manager survivor...surprising considering he has several personality disorders and learning dissabilities...but he does have sharply honed skills in stealing intellectual property from his direct reports and submit such to his management as his brilliant ideas.. sound familiar? When he screws up he blames his direct reports and escapes detection because he knows HR will support him rather than any direct report... sound familiar?
He's now looking for a job... HSC organization killed... he with it. Terrible manager, does not know science, no customers ever want him to come back to their office, HSCs think he is inept, time for Dean to face the music and leave
don't think he will be promoted... most everyone at MRK is on to him and his reputation precedes his arrival at any job interview at MRK
So where did Dean Jefferys finally end up after the HSA program was ended... Heard he was the only person in the ID group who could not find a job... is that correct?
