How often is the random drug screening

Does anyone know the frequency of random drug screening at pfizer? SWIM enjoys smoking on the weekends and doesn't enjoy alcohol but wants to get into the industry

 

Will never get through the pre-employment drug screen.

 

SWIM is clean for the pre employment screen. The question still less with the frequency of random tests

There's a pre employment drug test. It's a semen based test, In your case just spit in the cup and you're home free. I didn't know janitorial positions require drug test Who would have known.

You will find the tests are not random but directed at those who someone (DM?) suspects or simply would like to find a reason to replace. I knew a few people who had several in a couple years when none of the other district members had any. Amounted to nothing other than harassment.
