Seems like lots of top IS reps are trying to secure positions/promotions in other divisions. Why? What is the best spot to land in?

Which salesforce will experience the most cuts...Allergan's IS team or Pfizer's???

In any other acquisition it would be Pfizer's. In this one I can't predict who will win and who will lose. It seems that Allergan have a lot of power.......

the real losers are those stuck with a Pfizer name once the smoke clears. you just can't wash it off.

No, our ISF team is not in the same bucket as the Pfizer team. We are in the "established products" bucket. They have kept us separate...read into that as much as you'd like.

When Pfizer bought Wyeth they kept 50 percent of each hospital sales force.

NOT ACCURATE. When we bought them, we kept 50% of each management team. We kept 80% of our hospital reps and 20% of Wyeth's.

Don't freak out, I don't know anything. But I do smell something and it's time to start getting ready. Don't be surprised when it comes. Be ready.

If you wear scrubs you are a poser.

There will be no scrub wearing when this merger is complete and we run your hospital division. You will return to professionalism and you will return to working full days.

You will also not be allowed to be an idiot and meetings. I will be a guest soon and I will be watching. Be on time or go home.

Great! We would welcome Pfizer's anti-infective expertise in our division. Our management team has no idea what they're doing. They ruined our Teflaro launch...

It appears that IS will be kept intact. High business need, especially for addition of new products once portfolio is merged. Those remain will make lot of money and be treated as an asset --incentives, rewards in place to keep top talent---as with any merger post follow-up. Consultants taking surveys now. Both teams are highly respectable according to harma survey of salesforce calling on Hosp

    game. set. match.
No merger = no need for as many of us as there are.
this division is now sunk or at least will be a shell of itself in the very near future. I have been part of this group for a long time and I have to tell you we have been hanging on by a thread for way too long. Just cut more of us loose and save the worry that each of us have every day.

Oh man with no merger I don't know how we can survive with just Eliquis inpatient. Vaccines is expanding is that a place to go and at least be stable or take our chances that we somehow keep our positions?
