The people in charge of this process have been just dragging their feet and delaying the inevitable bad news till the NSM concluded. We all need to be prepared for the realization that we were lied too. No proof but an educated guess. Nobody will get what they were told!

Our area didn't just get lied to but also our distributorship got a cut in their rate and now we are getting a big cut. The crew across the state are direct and they are signing sweet deals with all kinds of concessions. Other areas are not signed and are fighting with management weekly. This whole process is not very consistent and varies from area to area from what I can see. Terrible execution from the top down!!

Great company with the right mix of products to be the market leader in this industry being led by maybe the weakest leaders in the industry who say anything to get contracts signed and avoid the issues and questions being asked by the field. This has been dragging on for so long that's it's now become a total joke. Just be a leader and make a decision! Good or bad, right or wrong, just make a decision and let's move on with the people we have.

Jackie R is finally back in charge in KC! The Biomet guy failed apparently. Business is steady and in solid leadership hands moving forward with her vision and direction. Every rep signed and is ready for a great 2016 and beyond!!

Sorry to say that she is not in charge. Same guy is still there but she's covering cases just killing time and cashing big checks till he gets removed! I do believe that everyone did finally sign on the dotted line so he must be doing something right.

Jackie R has nothing to do with that market other than watching her successor sit in her old office and lead ZB to a big 2016. The new leader signed every rep, developed teams that will be successful, is showing positive trends in both recon and trauma growth, and is there for the long haul. ZB is primed in that market and the future looks bright!

A successful manager is simply one who does what is asked and what is expected by his or her superiors. Stacy did what no other person could do...sign reps, grow business and stabilize the market place. He's been a huge success and has been shown he has the support of the reps by virtue of their signing. Everyone just get to work and move on.

Those who signed did so as a sign of support. Nobody was forced to sign anything, everyone had a choice!

A monkey could get people to sign.... Give them bananas and hey will sign even faster. Nothing's different, same shit show.

The reps that could take business have already left. The ones that are left have no relationships and had to sign and will deal with that fact when the honeymoon ends. Our commissions will get cut and the company knows that we have no pull or ability to move business. The execs played it perfectly! From this point moving forward ZB knows that they can do whatever they want.

Those of us that have signed our agreements will have no leverage in the future. What surgeon is going to follow a rep simply because their rep will be making less? Every surgeon is making less so they will not be very sympathetic. Good luck to all. Fact is that everyone who reads this knows first hand that management lied to our faces and yet we still signed.

What ever happened with the blowhard in Topeka? That guy just talked big stuff and told everyone who would listen that he would never do this and never do that. What an idiot!!

Haha that is funny that others have heard the stories about that guy. He's still talking, still upset, still leaving, still an idiot and still working for ZB! He's a total joke at this point. Jackie has him under control

The only people left just couldn't pull the business and had no choice. Not sure anyone stayed because they thought it was a good, long term move...just no other option. Corporate offered short term deals to just shut people up. Management wins and us reps will lose in the end.

I'm willing to bet not everyone who signed had to do so because of no other options etc...It is entirely possible that while most have only wanted to focus on how shitty their deal was, some of us weren't shortsighted enough to miss the true opportunities that have presented themselves...i.e. how important it was for the new leadership to get people signed = leverage. Stop thinking small.

Now that everyone has signed contracts here comes the St. Louis team to Kansas. The ZB guys just got themselves removed from the Barnes Jewish system and lost 10-12 million in sales. They'll be pushing for expansion and the weakness over there is like blood in the water to these sharks!

There is no way the ZB distributors from St. Louis will be allowed to take over KC. The new leader here is doing a great job. People are finally happy and back to the job of taking care of their customers. After years of leadership disfunction in KC we finally have a solid guy in place who gets it! Future looks bright

Still total disfunction and lies in Missouri and Kansas just ask anyone there! What a mess

there was no language about carrying other products but its been made clear that the 1099 reps cannot carry any other product lines. Is this even legal? If they keep you 1099 can they make demands as if you are an employee?
