I have been fortunate enough to land an interview next Thursday and and wanting to do some prep work. Can anyone help me with the typical questions that will be asked ? I understand like most companies STAR format is used, just needed any assistance with questions. Thanks again for any help!
This is all you need to know: 1. Are you extremely impressed with the accomplishments of Kathy the VP of sales? 2. Do you or did you work for Bausch and Lomb? 3. Repeat question #1 Answer yes to all three and you will have an offer in an hour.
You are not serious, are you? If you don't know how to interview maybe you should rethink this. Sit down and be real with yourself. If you need help with basic interview questions you are not a good fit for this position. This is for people who are ready to march upon approval. People who have relationships in the field and know where to go to get business. I suggest you look at some primary care positions until you have the confidence and ability to do this on your own. It appears as if a recruiter did not do their job properly.
