A LOSER. Points 1 and 4 are most accurate. No one influenced Rolf - only Rolf. Jensen is not a leader but a typical Amgen suck-up-to-get-ahead-no-matter-who-suffers. That is Amgen leadership.
I would agree. He has no conscious or concern if it is not related to a career promotion. I heard he was upset that even Rhonda Farnum and McClung stayed with Amgen along with a few Onyx people that choose to make the transition.

Eric is not a bad guy. I know that some have bashed him over Rolf, but that is a lack of political understanding. You are told to do the cabin boy jobs, you do them. Many would choose not to but it is a career killer. He has a family so sometimes the choice is not easy. I have worked with him in the past and he has always looked at the field and the needs. I am not Eric, or a relative, but a former Amgenite that liked him. Just tired of the attacks on someone that was stuck in a crappy situation. You just try to survive it. Fire away.....

As Amgen BSR, Jensen to me is just another wannabe lAmgen eader who will do anything management says even if he disagrees under the pretense that it means it will advance his career with the higher ups. To many of us, that's not leadership. It's playing the Amgen political game for your own self serving interest. That is why many don't respect him. It doesn't take any talent to be a corporate "Yes" man.
