Senior leadership will model "Rapid & Disciplined Decision Making" and are not afraid to eliminate products or sales forces that are not meeting or exceeding expectations.

 

the elephant in the room is Zontivity. It is a good drug but it is very hard to get people to consistently write it. I am in an area that is doing better than most and have some people who have written 2-3 scripts but hen they just stop writing for no reason. You have to consistently call on the top targets to keep the mind share going with z. Obviously we need to see a much higher weekly run rate with Z to keep our group viable.
