What did you guys think?

Of the special recognition days the company gave all staff? I don't work for BMS but it sounded a great benefit and nice gesture, wondered what the insider view might be?

 

Are you asking people if they liked getting days off before Christmas?

 

Retired from BMS guy here. Not too long ago, H.O. staff would get Friday PM's off. Each Friday, they could bail out of work. Never being a HO person, I don't know any more details but it sounded pretty sweet. Is this still a tradition?

I used to laugh at summer hours when the HO got Fri afternoons off, in the field I got every afternoon off 365 days a year, if I even worked at all some days. It was performance then, not call metric bs of today.
