Just curious I work for a competitor and I was just wondering what you alls comp plan was? Our plan is terrible, but I was just wondering what others companies comp plans were in the foot and ankle market?
It varies among product lines. 20 points for standard hardware, 25 points for total joint, and 150 points for hammertoes. Side benefits include embroidered polos and access to the snacks in the doctors' lounge if no one is looking. And all the pens you can swipe, as well as pockets filled with surgical booties and masks. All in all, a pretty sweet deal.
